Marketing Agency List is a free directory of marketing agencies. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the listings are
Listings are compiled from information agencies have published themselves, on their own websites and on public directory profiles. We do not check that information, endorse any agency, or verify that they can do what they say. A listing is not a recommendation.
Where a listing is marked Verified, it means someone with an email address on that agency's domain has confirmed they manage it. It does not mean we have assessed the agency or its work.
Where figures are marked Estimated, we generated or inferred them and the agency has not confirmed them. Do not rely on them as the agency's own statement.
Choosing an agency
Any decision to engage an agency is yours. We are not party to that relationship and are not liable for the work, conduct or costs of any agency listed here. Do your own checks before you commit to anything.
Claiming a listing
You may claim a listing only if you are authorised to act for that agency. We verify this by sending a link to an email address on the agency's own domain. Claiming a listing you are not entitled to manage is a misuse of this site and we will remove the account.
When you claim a listing you become responsible for what it says. Keep it accurate, do not impersonate anyone, and do not post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may edit or remove any listing at our discretion.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you add to your listing. By adding it you give us permission to display it on this site and in search results. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or text you upload.
Removal
Any agency can ask to be removed from the directory and we will do it — see theprivacy policy or contact us. You do not need to give a reason.
Availability
We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. It is provided as-is.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
